You can reserve a section, you have to def call a few weeks in advance (or as early as you know you want to have it there) because people reserve often. I think you can set up at least a hour prior to the start of your event. Let your guests know that there is a cover charge start at 9 pm.

Don't believe there is a charge for happy hour, but after 9, Willy K's starts clubbing and there is a cover charge.

Very easy...and affordable venue...just call! I also appreciated the staff as well...they were a professional group and very welcoming.
